My story

In February 2012 I finally found the courage  to attend a local pole class, I was very nervous, and lacked confidence, it took me weeks to wear a pair of shorts!!

After 1 lesson I was hooked, and had purchased a pole for at home. pole didn't come easy, with no fitness or dance background i had to work hard in class and on other aspects of my health and fitness outside of class. 

 

I had finally found something that made my heart sing and from that day I have never looked back! 

 

In 2014 I started teaching my 1st class just once a week in Hurst Green. today i now teach 4 classes and lots of 1-1's

 

pole is so much more than just an exercise class, you will have fun, feel amazing and make lots of new friends. I look forward to meeting you soon and welcoming you into our pole family.
