How to use grip and glow
Spray the desired amount directly onto your skin and wait for it to dry fully. ( a minute or two) once dry the ingredients get to work and will give you an improved grip
 
This grip is suitable for all skin types and it may take a little trial and error
For dry skin  apply directly before training
for other skin types, you may need to apply it in the morning or before your warmup before it has full activation 
Not recommended for hands so wipe/wash away from hands before use
Shake before use
