Gift Vouchers are sent as a PDF by email either to yourself to print at home or direct to your chosen recipient. If you want this printed and posted, we will charge an additional £4.50 for print and postage.
Pole Passion Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption.
Pole Passion Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed toward the purchase of Pole Passionproducts on www.polepassion.fitness web site. If a purchase exceeds the voucher amount the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
2. Limitations.
Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after issue but may be renewed on request within 28 days of expiry. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Vouchers pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Voucher to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Vouchers is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4. Limitation of Liability.
Gift Vouchers are purchased at your own risk and we make no warranties, express or implied with respect to these, including without limitation and warranty or merchantability or prurpose for a particular product.
