Beth Hamilton

Beth Hamilton has been immersed in the world of pole since 2010 and has been teaching since 2013. With a wealth of experience judging competitions and teaching students both globally online and across studios throughout North East England, she brings a broad and well-rounded perspective to every class.

 

Beth is known for her creativity, particularly her love of unusual and interesting entries, and often takes inspiration from her students as well as the ever-evolving pole community. Her teaching style keeps lessons fresh, engaging and challenging, encouraging students to explore movement with confidence and curiosity.

 

She is also the creator of the Bunny Split, a move she developed around Easter, which later inspired its name.
