Since starting with kay at pole fitness I've really enjoyed every session and felt super welcome.

I even went the first few weeks by myself! 
Kay is super professional and adapts everything to my capabilities.

Every week is different and the group is so lovely and a great atmosphere! 
Since starting I feel a lot stronger in myself and I'm hoping to improve.

I've never been able to lift my own body weight so that is the goal! also have fun doing it! 
My favourite part of the class is being able to achieve a new move or work on my strength.

I’ve been coming to pole for well over a year now, when I first started I was apprehensive, I wasn’t sure if I’d be any good (my fitness levels weren’t great and flexibility certainly wasn’t) I was also nervous that everyone in the class would be really advanced and I’d stick out like a sore thumb but it couldn’t have been further from the truth. 

The lady’s are amazing but everyone is at different levels with different strengths in certain moves, what one person may be amazing at another may struggle (no matter how long they’ve been doing pole) 

The highlight of all my classes has to be the support and encouragement we all give each other, everyone is genuinely so happy for each other, especially if we achieve a move we’ve been struggling with. 

Kay is amazing at breaking down the moves, showing you step by step how to achieve it and if you’re still struggling then she’ll adapt the move so that you can still do a version of it. Shes so supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable! 

I couldn’t recommend pole passion enough! I was nervous and apprehensive before booking but I’m so glad I did. My strength, confidence and fitness has improved massively and I’ve made some lovely friends along the way ♥

Had my first lesson last week. I decided to undertake lessons as I've recently moved to the area and wanted to get out the house and do something for me. I've gained weight and the gym is not for me. Pole Dancing lessons always looked fun so decided to give it a try. 

I was really nervous as I have zero upper body strength and had no idea if I'd be any good. 

Wow. Kay made me feel welcomed and so did the other girls who were in the class. 

Before I knew it I was on the pole and even upside down ! (Albeit from the floor :))

Really look forward to seeing what the next lessons bring 💕!
