We offer private & small bespoke lessons for fitness, on and off the pole. Personal 121 or small group training including Pole dancing, Pole fitness, Pole circuits and Pole choreography.
121's, 221's and small groups starting from £10 per hour for all ages over 16 years old
I offer discounts for your first lesson - so please message me for your enquiry.
Being comfortable is most important and it is natural you may be feeling a little nervous at first so please call or text if you have any questions

WHAT TO WEAR to pole fitness
- Your normal gym stuff, trainers, and socks (we usually take our trainers off when on the pole mat)
- Tshirt or vest top
- Leggings (or shorts - we will need them when you’re ready and we start climbing and sitting on the pole. I can always adapt the moves to suit you if shorts aren’t your thing ! )
- Empowerment, Confidence, Fitness & Fun! x
AVOID moisturisers, oils and cream on your hands and legs as this can make your pole slippery! and please remove all jewellery :)

5 Star - I was nervous about my first session with Kay as I had never done pole fitness, dance etc and it was all a bit daunting. Kay completely put me at ease and although a tad flimsy with me trying to work out the moves, Kay was patient and helped me through it.
I am now feeling much more confident, I look forward to the sessions and love feeling pushed to go further with it, it’s helped massively with my self esteem. I am beginning to love my body again which is something I have struggled with for a while and I feel fitters and healthier in the process xx

5 Star - Last week I had my second lesson with the lovely Kay who made me feel very comfortable and welcoming from the very beginning ( I was very nervous ) as I had never done anything like this before.
I had such an amazing time and the hour went so fast ! It didn’t even feel like exercising and was so fun yet very challenging!
The lovely Kay made it look so easy.
I’m now super excited to see my progression with each session and can’t wait until I can do my first routine.

Honestly it’s brought a part of me out which I haven't been able to find. So I’ll defiantly be working on my confidence and I just hope time it’ll get easier. Karen Henderson - 5 star - Pole class on Monday is one of the highlights of my week. I wish it hadn’t taken me so long to convince myself to go along because it is great fun, everyone is friendly and it is amazing how quickly strength and flexibility improves even just by attending one class a week. It’s also a great confidence boost when you master a new move and see how amazing you can look doing something you never thought was possible. I’d encourage anyone who has considered coming to a class but isn’t quite sure about it to stop stalling and give it a go… you will be hooked immediately.
Tiannaa Rebekah – 5 star - I love the classes it’s so fun I really really enjoy it, the teacher is lovely and she motivates you and wants you to achieve the best you can. All shapes and sizes are always welcome, they never make you feel awkward in any way.

Pole is a great way to have a a full workout while having fun and making new friends. It is a way of building confidence in yourself and to develop your own journey in Pole.
Selina King Chiu - 5 Star - What an amazing teacher who believes in her students. She listens to what we want to learn but also teachers us cool moves and wants us to work hard. I would love her to teach more than one class! She does a class once a month just for conditioning and flexibility which is great as well. The class prices are very good compared to other pole companies
