How much do classes cost?
Monthly Price option 1
Costs £40 per calendar Month and allows you one class per week at Pole Passion Worthing or Shoreham-by-Sea.
Monthly Price option 2
costs £75 per calendar Month and allows you two classes per week at Pole Passion Worthing or Shoreham-by-Sea.
Monthly Price option 3
Costs £110 per calendar Month and allows you three classes per week at Pole Passion Worthing or Pole Passion Shoreham-by-Sea
Memberships are the cheapest option if you are attending regularly. Training once or twice a week every week is the optimum way to get results and reduce the risk of injury or muscle tiredness.
A single class costs £12.50.

Lessons refund policy:
If you have difficulty making any classes you must notify your instructor directly (not the office). Exceptions apply where a medical certificate is produced proving injury to prevent further participation on the course where you will be refunded pro rata for lessons remaining, less a £10 admin fee.If you have purchased a block booking of lessons you are required to give no less than 24 hours notice or forfeit your lesson. Block bookings must be taken within 8 weeks. If you feel you are unable to keep to the above terms then we recommend the pay as you go scheme (payment on the day of your class to the instructor)
Beky ‘Tink’ Jayne Mansfield – 5 stars- I honestly can not praise this woman and her class enough! I was pretty worried about feeling out of place, but it’s anything but! Everyone is so lovely and Bella is the nicest teacher anyone could ask for. She’s so friendly and helpful. She’s supports and encourages in a perfect mix! I wasn’t sure about starting but I’m so glad i did! There’s no judging or forcing. Honestly keeping fit really has never been so much fun! In such a short space of time she’s made what I thought was impossible not only easy but fun! ♥

I had a 3 month break so I was very rusty, since going to bella’s classes I have improved a lot even in a small space of time! Bella is lovely and has oodles of patients and always gives you praise when you do well! Her classes are so much fun and very addictive! Highly recommended!

It’s the best form of exercise regardless of age, size and fitness level! it builds your strength confidence and so much more. You get to meet great people and get a real sense of achievement when you get a particular move right! Bella is a great instructor, she makes you feel at ease and I always feel safe when trying new things because she’s right there by your side helping you all the way. Beware……..Pole is highly addictive, you’ll have a pole up in your living room before you know it!
Clare Milward - 5 star- Great fun way to keep fit and get confident. I never thought i would ever like pole fitness, im nearly 40 and I only tried it as a friend suggested it, but now i’m hooked. I wasn’t sure what it would be like, in fact everything i thought it would be like i was wrong. Its a small group of people having fun, helping and encouraging each other and getting fit, you really feel like you are working your core muscles too. Its challenging and some moves take a while to master but the satisfaction you get it unbeatable. Bella the teacher is fab and gives real individual support. Before you know it you will be climbing the pole, spinning around and trying new things. I’m already looking forward to gradings and finally i have found a fitness routine i love, my confidence is blossoming in so many areas of my life too.
