I first went to a pole class with a friend of mine who didn't want to go on her own back in December 2014.

I was hooked. Lesson after lesson I learnt more. I was amazed at what my body could do!

I love learning new moves and perfecting old ones.

My favourite move has to be Genevieve. I love that there are lots of different ways in and out of this move.

 

Outside of pole I am a working mother of 2 boys. Pole has made my life complete both physically and socially. To be part of a group of caring and fun people makes every lesson amazing and really can brighten a bad day.

 

I love getting to share my knowledge and see others concur fears. Learn to love each of their amazing bodies for what they can do has made my love for pole grow.
