Pole fitness Instructor Training Advanced course covers all the fundamentals of growing an established Pole Fitness business. As well as the progression in practical moves, we look at how to retain students and how to deal with some of the challenges instructors face when teaching at an advanced level. Strength and conditioning, spotting and additional health and safety information is included to enable you to teach safely and effectively at an advanced level.

The Advanced Course is split into 2 parts (theory and practical assessment). This course takes approximately 16 hours to complete plus an additional 3-4 hours of assessment time.
Successfully completed Pole Passion Beginner to Intermediate course – or completed a similar course
We recommend 1 year of experience as a Pole Fitness Instructor
You must have access to an environment suitable for safely executing all moves covered to complete this training

Online submission of practical videos and class paperwork
Theory section including online learning that covers essential knowledge for teaching at an advanced level. This includes physical aspects such as exercise components, anatomy and physiology for pole fitness, injury prevention, methodology, technique and spotting. In addition, a section of the course is dedicated to the mental and psychological aspects of teaching, including instructor/student boundaries, pole fitness and body image and learning styles.
Practical section including online videos and explanations of over 50 beginner and intermediate level moves, including spins, poses and dynamic moves. Each move is broken down to allow you to teach it safely and effectively.
